We're going to prepare a small table to put on your papers, CFPs, books or related items to show them to the attendees in the conference room. Sorry if it is insufficient to put all of them.

In this winter, the temperature is about -5 to 10 degrees Celsius (23F to 50F) in Kyoto.
The conference hotel, Kyoto Royal Hotel is located just in the downtown. After you check in the hotel, you may have time to walk around the hotel. Our recommandations are to visit Shin-Kyogoku St., Pontocho, Honnoji-temple and Nishiki-ichiba (food market).
The rooms of the hotel is equipped with wired high-speed internet access with free of charge.
